Institute of Real Estate Management selects new officers

WARWICK – Holly Regoli, the property manager of Paolino Properties, is the new president of the Rhode Island chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, which recently selected new officers.

Her tenure will extend through calendar year 2020.

At Paolino Properties, Regoli manages 400,000 square feet of Class A and B commercial space, including tenant improvement projects. She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.

The remaining officers for the chapter:

  • Jason Palermo, vice president of property management at Ferland Corp., is the organization’s new vice president
  • Amanda Rhodes, property manager of The Simon Cos., will serve as the new treasurer
  • Ana Serrano, senior property manager of POAH Communities, is the new secretary

The chapter, established in 1977, is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. It serves as a source of education and professional recognition for managers of all kinds of properties.
