What three words best describe your staff? ­Collaborative, innovative, customer-centric.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We’ve introduced or enhanced wellness programs for meditation, emotional and financial support, and family care issues.

What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? Diversity, equity and inclusion are fundamental tenets of our culture. Everyone is respected and valued for who they are and what they bring to the work culture. In 2023 all of our new hires to date have been from diverse ethnic backgrounds.

Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We prefer to promote from within when possible. Currently, close to 40% of our employees have received a promotion.

Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. We introduced a service called Milkstork, which provides expedited delivery of breast milk back home for women who travel for business and are breastfeeding.
