LINCOLN – The company iXblue Defense Systems celebrated its new Lincoln headquarters’ ribbon-cutting Friday with Gov. Gina M. Raimondo, U.S. Sens. Jack Reed and Sheldon Whitehouse, and U.S. Rep.
