JAMESTOWN – The property known as Seaspray at 238 East Shore Road was sold for $5 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate.
The 3,562-square-foot home was built in 2017. It features four bedrooms, and three and one-half baths, a sweeping back porch and a separate garage and guest cottage.
The property was owned by Jamestown Cottage Company LLC and was purchased by Sea Spray RI LLC, a company registered in Florida managed by Randall J. Hogan.
The home offers views of the Narragansett Bay and the Newport Pell Bridge.
The seller was represented by Cynthia Moretti, a broker associate at Lila Delman while the buyer was represented by Courtney van Beuren, a sales associate at Lila Delman.
The 3.5-acre waterfront property was last appraised at $3.5 million.
“The opportunity to secure a newly constructed waterfront property in Jamestown is few and far between,” said van Beuren. “My clients fell in love with the property’s beauty, coastal surroundings and close proximity to Newport.”
The transaction represents the second-highest sale in Jamestown year-to-date, according to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.
The home was designed by DiMauro Architects Inc., of Newport.
