JANE DUKET, a recently named partner with Marasco & Nesselbush, has dedicated her legal career to representing medical negligence victims and personal injury clients. A native of Newton, MA, Jane works with clients who are injured, frustrated, and overwhelmed. She and the other attorneys at Marasco & Nesselbush assist clients during this vulnerable time, advocating for their needs and making sure that in the end, they achieve the best possible resolution for each client’s situation. Prior to joining Marasco & Nesselbush, Jane worked as a child advocate in the Boston area. She was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020 and 2021 and was named to the Board of Governors for the Rhode Island Association for Justice. Jane is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, District of Rhode Island, and District of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Rhode Island Association for Justice, and the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association.
