How has COVID-19 impacted your work-life balance? I’ve been considered essential staff throughout the COVID-19 situation. My wife also works and we have three young children. I’ve mostly spent this time supporting my wife as best I can because she’s shouldered the greatest responsibilities – working, teaching and day care – while I’ve had to work long days to support the ongoing startup of our new facility.
What is the best advice you have ever received? You can’t please all of the people all of the time.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self? Relax. Only worry about the things you can control.
Where do you see yourself in five years? In a senior management position related to engineering or sustainability.
What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? Adaptability. I can easily adjust and adapt to changing situations.
What is your favorite Rhode Island food or drink? Coffee milk.
Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics or Bruins? Celtics.
