Jean A. Harrington has been promoted to partner at Duffy Sweeney & Scott. She joined the firm in 1999 and concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and security law, commercial real estate and tax planning. She represents New England-based companies in transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments. She is a graduate of Brown University and Boston College Law School.
