Joelle Rocha represents clients in real estate development and land use matters as well as business disputes and general commercial litigation. She has successfully permitted several of the State’s largest developments, for residential, commercial, mixed use and solar projects before municipal and state boards and agencies. She has successfully litigated several class actions against municipalities regarding excessive municipal fees, and recovered litigation costs for clients as a result of unsubstantiated government action. Rocha has been recognized by PBN with its Forty under 40 award and in RI Monthly for its Excellence in the Law and Outstanding Women in Business award.
