What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We have expanded our health care program to include an app to help track exercise, nutrition, doctors’ visits and prescriptions. The app awards points toward gifts/prizes when employees complete any of their wellness activities. KLR also closed all offices for 10 days in July to allow employees to recharge after months of hard and demanding work to help our clients succeed in a difficult environment.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Community service has always been ingrained in our company spirit and is a value upon which we were founded. We encourage our staff to volunteer their time at various organizations through memberships, active participation and support. While our community service plans are always evolving, spreading kindness and support through food drives, walks, donations, and family resource programs resumed in person and virtually when necessary.
