How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We have a team of smart, creative, passionate professionals who are always learning and sharing. We encourage creativity and welcome ideas that will help drive our business and assist clients. Our colleagues are strong-minded, driven and always willing to go the extra mile. We put an emphasis on brainstorming; feedback and innovation; and through technology and personal relationships, our employees have found creative ways to work together and deliver the best possible service.
How do you support community service work by your employees? The firm has always encouraged our team members to become active in the community. The many organizations our team members participate in benefit from the expertise and enthusiasm that our team brings. In addition to our strong nonprofit practice of more than 275 clients, we are committed to ensuring that our communities are better places to live and work. Our team members serve on more than 100 boards of directors and as committee chairs for many of these organizations.
