Kilmartin: Data breach settlement reached with Nationwide

PROVIDENCE – A multistate settlement has been reached with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. and its subsidiary, Allied Property & Casualty Insurance Co., regarding a data breach the company experienced in October 2012.
