How has COVID-19 changed your industry? It changed the way we communicate with one another. The adoption of new technology and seamless transition from in-person to virtual meetings allowed me to stay in constant contact with my clients throughout the pandemic. From my Italian immigrant grandmother: Hard work will always prevail over talent, and as a woman, you’re just going to have to work harder to get the things that you want in life, so show up early, work harder than everyone else around you and always dress for success. If you do that, good things will happen.
Where do you see yourself in five years? I will still be with UBS serving my clients and working toward our recognition counsel’s president level.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self? Wherever the path takes you, just keep showing up physically, mentally and emotionally every day. There is only one direction to go in life, forward.

What led you to pursuing a career in your current industry? The simple answer: I wanted to help people in an impactful way. Through my work, I take the mystery out of what’s possible and help clients find a path to pursue their goals. Seeing clients live out their dreams and knowing I helped get them there is extremely rewarding.
