Lila Delman opens Providence office

PROVIDENCE – Luxury real estate firm Lila Delman Real Estate has opened an office in the upscale East Side neighborhood of the capital city.
The company said that the office, at 9 Wayland Square, would allow it to better serve the inland regions of Rhode Island.
“Our new Lila Delman office on Providence’s East Side perfectly complements our five coastal offices, and allows us to expand our representation of the best of Rhode Island,” President Melanie Delman said. “Lila Delman Real Estate now has the unique ability to cross-market our listings from the coast to the capital.”
Gordon Dwan will manage the office, which also includes agents Judith McNamara, Lisa Cutropia and Benjamin Scungio, who will all offer sales and rental services.
Lila Delman also maintains offices in Jamestown, Narragansett, Newport, New Shoreham and Westerly.
