Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic the firm made a timely decision to invest in the technology so our entire team could stay safe and continue to work utilizing work-from-home environments. Our team has not only embraced this challenge but has also excelled while working from home.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Each year, through the Marasco & Nesselbush Charitable Foundation, we support numerous charitable efforts and organizations that improve the lives of people throughout our communities. We encourage everyone on our team to contribute to the foundation and participate in our community service events.
What was a new employee benefit or initiative in the past 12 months? This past year we worked with our insurance provider to add a company-sponsored life insurance policy to our benefits package.
