What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We offer various activities for our employees such as team-building days, quarterly company outings, family day, monthly food truck Fridays, costume contests, end-of-year party and a staff appreciation week.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Our firm has an employee-funded charitable foundation in which we make financial donations and also volunteer our time with the charity. We encourage our team members to go out during work time to better the community around us.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We always promote whatever position we have available to our internal staff. Growth within our firm is important to us. We encourage our team members to apply if it is something that they are interested in.
