What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We recently rolled out Mental Health Mondays for Mental Health Awareness Month in which we send out resources and tips on prioritizing your mental health. We also implemented a summer flex program in which employees can adjust their schedule to take more time off in the summer to disconnect and spend time with their friends and family.

How do you support community service work by your employees? Associates are heavily involved in the Marcum Foundation, which raises funds and volunteers for select charities through special events, associate giving and other initiatives. We also have an employee giving program in which Marcum matches 100% of donations from associates who donate a portion of their paycheck.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. We just launched a Summer Flex Program, which encourages our associates to flex and work compressed workweeks (Monday-Thursday) along with No Meetings Fridays.
