What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? Our focus has been on resources to help alleviate the stress this has created for our associates and their families. Marcum Wellness is providing associates with many resources ranging from telehealth, associate resource groups and a confidential employee assistance program to address mental health issues.
Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Yes, this is one of several flexible programs Marcum offers to accommodate the varied and changing personal needs of our professionals. The firm is open-minded to accommodating the needs of staff members who request flexibility in order to balance professional and personal commitments.
How do you support community service work by your employees? The Marcum Foundation Planned Giving program is one way our associates and partners give back to Marcum communities. In 2019 the Marcum Foundation raised more than $330,000 for local charities.
