How has COVID-19 impacted your work-life balance? With both my wife and I being essential workers, the biggest challenge was making our schedules work to care for our twin toddlers. This challenge went into high gear May 13 as we celebrated the birth of our third daughter. Fortunately, both our employers were extremely accommodating in allowing us to care for our family and work from home as necessary.
Where do you see yourself in five years? I hope to be in more of a leadership role within the bank. I believe that I can help motivate others to be successful and I look forward to the opportunity of mentoring other young professionals.
What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? My ability to develop relationships with clients. By applying my core values of being honest and treating everyone with respect, I’m able to build strong rapport with clients and earn their trust.
What is your favorite Rhode Island food or drink? Rhode Island-style calamari.
