PROVIDENCE – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has acquired Narragansett-based Bay Realty Ltd., the company announced Thursday.
The move brings 15 new sales associates to Mott & Chace, bringing the company’s total sales associates to 120 affiliates.

Bay Realty leader Jay Readyhough will remain on as a broker associate at Mott & Chace’s Narragansett office. The Narragansett offices will combine at Mott & Chace’s Narragansett office.
