How do you encourage employee feedback?
I would say we have an open-door policy, except we have no doors. Literally.

What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?
We instituted a new business bonus that takes 2 percent of all revenue from a new client for the first 12 months and evenly divides it between everyone in the company (excluding management).
