What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? We offered flexible work arrangements and [have] been mindful of the stresses and challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Human resources and management personnel have worked through difficult situations to find unique solutions to fit our staff’s needs.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? During COVID-19, NBIC has greatly increased sanitization stations, limited capacity, increased spacing and created other office rules to limit employee proximity.

How do you support community service work by your employees? NBIC offers all employees two volunteer-time-off days. Last year, events were organized with Operation Stand Down, the Ronald McDonald House and other local organizations. Our team loves giving back to the community and our company proudly supports these charitable volunteer efforts.
