Caroline Naughton Rumowicz has earned Care Management Certification from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers, qualifying her to assess client needs, recommend options and community resources, and assist with long term planning. Naughton is the Director of Cathleen Naughton Associates, a licensed home care provider. She earned a BA from Bryant College and a Masters in Health Services Administration from Salve Regina University.
