What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? We have our employee assistance program that is available to all our associates and their dependents, which includes a counseling service. In addition, we have provided various trainings for leaders to help them support their associates.

Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? When COVID outbreaks started to take off into a pandemic level in March 2020, we moved nearly all of our associates to work from their home, for the safety of our employees and their families. Today, we still have more than 90% of our associates still working from home with less than 10% in the office who are deemed essential staff.
