New Citizens report shows U.S. companies remain in growth mode in Q2

PROVIDENCE – The national business climate remains strong, with many companies in growth mode despite recent global economic headwinds, Citizens Bank reported Aug. 26. The bank released its first-ever Citizens Business Conditions Index, which uses proprietary corporate and public data about business growth and employment nationwide, including factors such as revenue, manufacturing volumes and wages.
