How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We have extended all training and personal development programs to allow employees to reach their full potential. We have also expanded our benefits and perks programs in a direct response to employee personal well-being.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We are 100% employee-owned. This translates into a sense of well-being among our employees. Our employees treat one another with dignity and respect at all levels, taking pride in ownership and consistently going the extra mile – not just for our guests, but for each other.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We always want the best person for the position. We do, however, spend the extra time and dedication on training so that our internal employees can be ready for that next step when it comes time.
