O’Neill’s CTS division serves organizations forced to downsize and provides their affected employees with the cutting edge tools and guidance needed as they transition into a new career opportunity. According to Kristen Quagliozzi, Senior CTS Consultant, “Our goal is to help support our client Companies during a workforce reduction by providing affected employees with the resources and tools they will need to aggressively, confidently and effectively enter the job market.”

The CTS team is skilled in effectively coaching our client Companies with different approaches to downsizing and transitioning a single employee or large numbers of employees.
