What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? We offer full-time remote work, support channels in Slack, frequent personal check-ins, two unplanned wellness days during lockdown and remote “happy hours.”

Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Yes, we have offered work-from-home since before the pandemic. Coming to the office is optional for our team, but pre-pandemic, the office still saw a fair amount of traffic on a daily basis.

What role do diversity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? Our work in this area has elevated a great deal in the past few months. We are in the process of hiring an HR generalist to lead these programs, we post jobs on diversity-oriented jobs boards, we had our whole company attend a full-day virtual diversity and inclusion summit, and facilitated an open discussion the following week.
