Paula C. Pais was recently promoted to vice president for marketing, planning and administration for the Rhode Island market at Sovereign Bank. In her new position, she will continue to manage the monthly financials and budget planning, and also execute the bank’s branding strategy, visibility and market share through sponsorships and partnerships. She has been with the bank since 1998 as loan administrator and administrative assistant.
