PORTSMOUTH – A single-family home overlooking Narragansett Bay recently sold for $2.75 million, marking the highest recorded sale in the Kings Grant neighborhood, according to Residential Properties Ltd.

The 8,200-square-foot home at 95 Devin Drive includes four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

The custom-built home was constructed in 2005 and sits on approximately 1.42 acres adjacent to the Aquidneck Club, the real estate firm said. The property includes water views of Narragansett Bay and landscaped grounds with multiple decks and patios positioned to capture water views, the real estate firm said.

The home includes a first-floor primary bedroom, office and sunroomLa, along with multiple living areas with high ceilings and custom finishes, according to Residential Properties.

The property also includes a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry and premium appliances, as well as an elevator providing access to all three floors of the home.

Additional features include a walkout lower level and a three-car garage with unfinished space above, the real estate firm said.

According to the Portsmouth property assessor’s database, the property was assessed in 2025 at approximately $2.92 million, including $729,900 for the land and approximately $2.19 million for the building.

The LaBonte Group of Residential Properties represented the seller in the transaction. The buyers were represented by The Dowd Team of Keller Williams Coastal.

A copy of the deed documenting the sale was not immediately available through the Portsmouth land records database. The property was previously owned by 95 Devin Drive, according to Portsmouth’s online property tax evaluation database.
