How do you support community service work by your employees? Part of our mission has always been to give back to the communities that we serve, working with and donating to a variety of nonprofits on a yearly basis, which also includes our own charitable events, which we create and promote. Since April, we have aligned with Be the Change/Project Hand Up, getting food into the hands of families who are out of work or struggling financially due to the pandemic.
What was a new employee benefit or initiative in the past 12 months? In 2019, we created our first ever Province Mortgage Employee Bonus Pool where both sales and operations were incentivized by hitting a predetermined volume goal.
