What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We offer regular wellness sessions and staff appreciation events revolving around company achievements, employee milestones and cultural holidays.
What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? Diversity, [equity] and inclusion are primary to our organization’s mission. This year R.I. Housing partnered with Professional Diversity Network to centralize our job distribution and media outreach platform to networks.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Our staff members find that service to the community brings meaning to both their work and their personal lives. We offer various community service opportunities for our staff to participate, from donating food to the food pantry during holiday months, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and providing career advice to youths at Boys & Girls Clubs of Rhode Island.
