What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? As the pandemic waned and we began returning to the office, employees are being invited to get together for Taco Tuesdays, brunch, ice cream socials and similar activities as we get to know each other face to face again.

Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? Promoting from within enables us to reward good performance and to capitalize on existing institutional knowledge, and buy-in on our mission. We can’t always do it, but the advantages have value to us. We also like to bring in new talent with new ideas when possible.

What was a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) in the past 12 months? We enhanced our Parental Leave Policy giving team members access to additional fully paid time off following the birth or adoption of a child.
