What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? We have virtual weekly meetings for each department to keep the communication lines open, and well-being checks.
Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? We are offering work-from-home options for everyone except field staff.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We have modified the snacks in our break room from chips to fruits, protein bars, vitamins and protein powders. We also have a team member that teaches Barre classes to co-workers at a reduced rate.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Our series of virtual events are free of charge to clients, but we ask that they donate to our local food bank. We also donate materials such as sinks and toilets to local organizations. We continually donate building materials to Habitat for Humanity.
