How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? Throughout the pandemic, we have provided staff with work schedule flexibility and allowed for remote work arrangements. In addition, RIPIN has adopted and expanded leave policies to include leave eligibility due to lack of child care, limited services available for individuals with disabilities and remote learning.

What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? This year, RIPIN has planned multiple virtual all-staff meetings that included lunchtime meetups, wellness/relaxation activities, and a group creative activity. RIPIN has recently offered optional lunch get-togethers at our offices.
