What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? This past year, RIPINers and their families enjoyed a Family Movie Night at the RIPIN offices with snacks, crafts and their favorite flick in a sensory-friendly environment. Our annual Spirit Week allowed staff to demonstrate their creative side through crazy hats and hair, favorite sports, characters and decades, and a RIPIN colors day.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? RIPIN collaborated with the R.I. Department of Health and the Arthritis Foundation to host a Walk with Ease program for our staff. In addition to accessing our on-site gym, RIPINers participated in an in-house walking course throughout the building.
