Rick Padula has been named president and COO of the Glover-Padula Insurance Agency in East Greenwich, one of GenCorp’s business units. He has been with Glover-Padula for more than 25 years, most recently serving as executive vice president of the agency since 1998. Padula is a former vice president of the Professional Insurance Agents of Rhode Island and has served on several other insurance related boards and committees.
