What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We host Friday pizza parties and quarterly social outings, providing employees with ongoing learning opportunities and incentives. Finding creative ways to recognize our team is important and we do that through gas cards, restaurant gift certificates, lunches, spa days and more.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We offer professional growth with a continuing education and certification annual allowance. All employees have a stake in the company’s success through our profit-sharing program. Through our recognition program, we honor employees in various ways – their outstanding efforts through gas cards, restaurant gift certificates, team lunches, acknowledgements and more.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We host complimentary educational seminar events at our design center, in which we accept donations of nonperishable goods to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.
