How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our saying is that Rite-Solutions employees are “One of F.E.W. – Friends Enjoying Work.” We have a very friendly and supportive work environment. It’s our belief that people perform better when they are an integral part of a living, breathing organization, not just a cog in the wheel. We are constantly enhancing our benefit package to provide the best benefits to our employees at a low cost. We also have reduced benefit deductions for certain plans in which the company is picking up a larger portion of the total premiums.
