What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We have a fantastic holiday party, a summertime company birthday party, golf tournament and quarterly events. We also have a myriad of teams that employees can join, such as the green team, an events team, and a culture team, a community outreach team, a veterans group and others.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our saying is that Rite-Solutions employees are “One of F.E.W. – Friends Enjoying Work.” We have a very friendly and supportive work environment. We are constantly enhancing our benefit package to provide the best benefits to our employees at a low cost. We also have reduced benefit deductions for certain plans in which the company is picking up a larger portion of the total premiums.
