What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We have an annual company event off-site to get together informally outside of work, which we are looking forward to restarting this summer. Additionally, our employee-led activities team offers fun events, including game nights, ice cream trucks and opportunities to volunteer and give back locally.
What was a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) in the past 12 months? We recently added a new legal insurance benefit along with pet insurance. When we launched pet insurance, we did a fun pet photo contest.
