What is your biggest challenge in creating a great place to work?
The construction industry was hit very hard in this past recession, and maintaining the highly motivated culture we need to be successful in our business has not been easy in the midst of budget cuts.

What do you expect from employees that other companies don’t?
We encourage our employees to think like owners and dig into the details, really listen to the client’s goals and take a high-level of personal responsibility.
