What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? Our executive director [Nina Pande] created a store in our office where employees could grab any items they needed, including toilet paper, disinfectant wipes, dishwashing soap, hand soap, paper towels, bleach, baby wipes, Tylenol and Advil. We also surveyed every employee at the beginning of the shutdown to ensure they had reliable Wi-Fi connections, sufficient monitors and phone access.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We work as a unit, sharing ideas on how to help those in need of employment. We celebrate our successes daily by talking about who we were able to help. The work that we do is meaningful and rewarding.

What role do diversity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We have ongoing professional-development opportunities, both in-house and by consultants, intended to foster relationships in the office.
