Southern New England Rehabilitation Center earns reaccreditation

NORTH PROVIDENCE – The Southern New England Rehabilitation Center at CharterCARE Health Partners’ Fatima Hospital has earned reaccreditation for the next three years from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

The center’s stroke specialty rehabilitation and its inpatient rehabilitation for adults both earned the distinction.

“This achievement is an indication of SNERC’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of life for our patients,” said Southern New England Rehabilitation Center CEO Jeffrey Liebman. “We are proud to be recognized for quality by CARF, which is considered the premiere accrediting body for rehabilitation programs.”

The Southern New England Rehabilitation Center is a 24-bed inpatient center that offers rehabilitation programs for patients who have experienced a serious illness or injury that impacts their ability to perform everyday tasks.
