How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? We implemented a remote work policy allowing staff to work from home on a hybrid basis. We are piloting a mentorship program to foster personal and professional development.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We recently held a live cooking demonstration with Jarvis Green, a retired New England Patriot. We invited a local community center to attend, and we livestreamed the event. Green signed jerseys, and we raffled his signed footballs. Starkweather made a donation to the community center in Green’s name.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We have a culture of integrity, trust and respect. It starts with the structure of our organization. We are owned in trust. The mission of the trust is to ensure decisions are made with the best interests of clients and employees in mind.
