Stephanie J. Baton has been hired as a partner in the corporate and business practice of Hinckley Allen & Snyder LLP. She joins the firm from Nortek Inc.’s security and control group, where she served as group vice president and general counsel. Baton holds a J.D. from Roger Williams University and a B.A. in political science from Brown University.
