What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? The Swarovski Optik Wellness Program has been awarded “Superior” by the Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island Worksite Health Program for providing on-site and remote activities that encourage participation in a healthy lifestyle and promote total well-being.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We contribute to the communities we serve to promote a greater understanding and respect for equality. During the past year the company has been a corporate sponsor for Diversity and Inclusion Professionals and Operation Stand Down Rhode Island. Employees have participated with fundraising or volunteer initiatives with AJ’s Army, Operation Stand Down, Rhode Island Society for Human Resource Management Student Mentoring Program, and Programs Committee and DAIP’s Communications Committee.
