PROVIDENCE – Tech Collective announced the winners of the 2019 Tech10 Awards Wednesday.
Winners will be honored at a ceremony on Nov. 13 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Squantum Association in East Providence.

The 2019 Tech10 Award recipients:
- Hugh Bui, software engineer at International Game Technology PLC
- Thomas Chase, chief operating officer of Delta Dental of Rhode Island
- Vincent DiPippo, chief technology officer of Brave River Solutions
- Paul V. Fontaine, associate vice president and chief information officer of Providence College
- Peter Haas, associate director at Brown Humanity Centered Robotics Initiative
- Joe Mazzone, computer and software engineering instructor at William M. Davies Jr. Career and Technical High School
- Lori Perrault, director of global operations at itSM Solutions LLC
- Barry Silver, director of information technology at Pet Food Experts Inc.
- Brian Sousa, senior application analyst at Lifespan Corp.
- Scott Pullano, director of engineering delivery at Kenzan LLC
“Congratulations 2019 Tech10 Award winners! We are honored to recognize these influential individuals and innovative companies,” said Joe Devine, executive director at Tech Collective, in a statement. “The honorees’ contributions to their organizations and the communities they serve have contributed greatly to the state’s economic growth. We look forward to their continued successes!”
In addition to the Tech10 awards and the lifetime achievement award, Tech Collective announced it will honor four “Next Tech Generation” winners, including:
- Joseph LeFrancois, senior network engineer at Vertikal6
- Brandon McDoe, application analyst at Lifespan
- Kim Paull, director of data and analytics at the R.I. Executive Office of Health and Human Services
- Paola Reyes, data analyst at AAA Northeast
