What three words best describe your staff? Resourceful, adaptable and dedicated.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Annual events such as the holiday party at the Quonset O’ Club, summer outing at Goddard State Park, participation in the annual Golf Tournament supporting the Fisherman Memorial Fund, participation in a corporate 5K, and the opportunity to attend the Bryant University Women’s Summit. Appreciation Month celebrated with new Town Dock Swag, snack bags (complete with new Town Dock reusable water bottles) and breakfast.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Each holiday season we sponsor individuals through the Galilee Mission, providing each with a new backpack filled with personal care items, winter hats and gloves, and snacks. We also sponsor two families through the warm shelter, providing a few individual holiday gifts for each family member. Finally, we participate in Career Day events at local schools highlighting careers in the seafood and fishing industry.
