Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? We offer employees the ability to work remotely from home offices, and also provide flexible work schedules to support our employees’ lifestyle needs and individual situations.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our employees are Washington Trust’s greatest asset and we strive to maintain a fun, rewarding and appreciative workplace to ensure they are happy, satisfied and loyal. By taking good care of our employees, they provide top-notch service to our customers and the community.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We increased our programming by introducing fun corporate-wide weekly wellness challenges, such as walking, getting outdoors, staying “unplugged,” meditation and healthy recipes. We rewarded employees for their involvement and asked them to send photos of themselves and their families participating in the wellness challenges.
