What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? We offer COVID-19 bonuses and administration made a concerted effort to reach out to staff who are struggling with COVID-19-related issues.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? Tockwotton has a culture committee that plans and executes various events to promote the staff’s psychosocial well-being.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Staff are encouraged to do community service work such as serving on a various aging service board and committees, and participating in various Alzheimer’s Association events.
