Sandra J. Pattie, president of BankNewport in Middletown, R.I., remains as one of the 14 other board members.

The association represents 150 commercial, savings, and co-operative banks and savings-and-loan associations, totaling about 69,000 employees in Massachusetts and elsewhere in New England.

“This is a terrific group of individuals to lead our local banking industry as board members, as well as being significant executives in their own markets,” Daniel J. Forte, the association’s president and CEO, said in a statement.
